3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Not ship prohibited or hazardous materials unless approved in writing

Bayway Logistics is not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information or improper packaging.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Rates are agreed upon prior to service unless otherwise stated
  • Payment terms are outlined on invoices or service agreements
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees
  • All payments are non-refundable once service is completed

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Fees may apply for late cancellations or dispatched services already in progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bayway Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of God, or third parties

7. Insurance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bayway Logistics does not provide cargo insurance. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, and materials are the property of Bayway Logistics and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Transport illegal or dangerous goods
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
  • Interfere with operations or systems

10. Termination

Bayway Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
